From the moment Georgina Bishop of Newstead Terraces took over the management and rental of our Mariners Reach apartment in early 2018 we had a huge sense of confidence and trust in her professional , competent and wise approach to our investment.

When we had the misfortune to experience a major insurance claim for our apartment in early 2021 Georgina gave us unfailing support , energy and attention to detail in resolving every issue in an extremely calm , professional and experienced manner . Indeed she “ went above and beyond “ in looking after our concerns and the needs of our unfortunate tenants.

We have been left with absolute confidence in, awe and respect for her work ethic , competency and professionalism as a highly experienced rental manager .

She had a unique ability to look after both us as landlords and each and all of our tenants throughout .

During our tenure at 20 Newstead Terrace, the grounds were always maintained to an impeccable standard and the facilities were first class. We had no hesitation in inviting friends and family over to enjoy all that Newstead Terraces had to offer. As a resident of the complex managed by Georgina, I can affirm her client focus regarding the welfare and well-being of residents, illustrated by the extra care she takes to make all residents feel welcome. If there is a fire alarm in the middle of the night, Georgina is there to greet the fire brigade; if someone needs a tradesman, she can provide a contact who comes recommended. Georgina is generous in making herself available by telephone to residents.
